Special terms:
1. We accept job cancellation until 4 pm (China Time) the day before the inspection or audit date. After this limit however, we will charge the Late Cancellation Fee at USD 50.
2. In the event when the job must be cancelled on the inspection or audit day due to wrong information given by client or factory, we will charge a full rate to client as an ’Abortive Inspection Fee’.
3. Late Booking: for orders booked with less than 24 hours before the service execution date (based on China time), an additional express handling fee of USD 30 will be applied.
4. Extra USD 30 will be applied for same day inspection report.
